Tintometer (dba Lovibond) is a private global company with 4 global
headquarters, I worked for the Americas division with headquarters
in Sarasota, FL. My primary responsibility was managing our
contractors and consultants that were developing and integrating our
new e-commerce site for our Americas region. Additionally my
responsibility was managing our 4 regions subdirectories - North and
South America in 4 regional languages. Additionally I performed SEO work and helped with various requests
from all global regions that relate to the website and the PIM &
MAM.
- Managed the development of a new PIM API which was developed by
the company - Infolox. Infolox is Lovibonds developer &
consultant company for website and PIM operations. Lovibond uses
ContentServ as the PIM, which is highly customized with many
complex relations and needed a new custom API.
- Managed the integration of this new PIM API to our e-store which is
done by a contracted company - Grapevine.
- Managed the development of the e-commerce store which was
developed by the contracted company - GrapeVine.
- Managed ERP integration which is developed by Ashley, a
contractor from JeffPrunier consulting. Lovibond uses open
source Traverse ERP. Gathered the requirements from the ERP and
translated them into technical requirements which were used to
request a quote (RFQ) for our ERP consultant-developer and to
begin work on the integration.
- Gathered requirements from department managers in Lovibond and translated them into technical requirements, with proposed solutions, for GrapeVine, Infolox and ERP consultant-developer.
- Worked with 3rd party plugin developers to tailor their plugins for our specific needs and to fix incompatibility issues between various plugins.
- Designed a new design and layout for the site in Figma.
- Helped to manage Avalara Tax integration into ERP and into the WooCommerce store.
- Managed the project in Azure Boards and ZOHO Projects.
- Performed SEO work in the PIM and the website.
